Our housing business stream currently delivers over £60m pounds worth of maintenance and refurbishment works to a range of private and public sector clients. Currently operating in the North of England, North Wales and Yorkshire, we utilise our pool of 420no directly employed people to deliver a wide range of services.
Our specialist teams have vast experience and expertise to breathe new life into customers’ homes. We take the time to understand people’s needs and challenges, and then apply our unrivalled knowledge of the housing sector to ensure the end result makes a positive difference.
We work collaboratively with our clients, developing long term relationships that fully embrace a partnering approach and delivering best value for our customers. Our success in the delivery of these works has been due to our customer focused approach and our past experience in dealing with works to occupied dwellings / premises.
Services we deliver for our customers include; planned maintenance, capital investment works, cyclical maintenance works, sheltered accommodation modernisation and refurbishments, DFG adaptation works, responsive maintenance, fire risk assessment and compliance works, external wall insulations, renewable technologies and external or environmental improvements.
